When The Wasatch Group set out to build Soleil Lofts, a 600-unit, all-electric, solar-powered apartment community in Salt Lake City, they needed air sealing they could design around, not just meet code with. Manual air sealing couldn’t deliver the consistency the project required. AeroBarrier could. By achieving sub-1 ACH50 across all 600 units, the team unlocked HVAC systems half the originally planned size, cutting mechanical costs significantly. The results speak for themselves: utility rebates exceeded the total cost of AeroBarrier, delivering a 150% return on investment. Zero comfort callbacks. Longer-lasting HVAC systems.
